As of April 2023, Will joined the School of Engineering at the University of Liverpool as a Lecturer in Soft Matter and heads the Soft Materials Group. His research lies at the intersection of soft matter and polymer physics, physical chemistry, materials science and chemical engineering. He joined the university from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London following a first degree with the Department of Chemistry at the University of Bristol.
